Another Dream

Below is the story of the dream I had last night. It was a very bizarre and strange dream. It was one of those that even after I'd wake up when I'd fall back to sleep the dream would start up where it left off. I know there was more to the dream that what I wrote below but I can't remember it all. I know it had some strange Egyptian, Stargate mystery theme to it. Picture it taking place down in New Mexico. In my dream I was in a town much like the one my parents moved to where all of the buildings are those little pueblo adobe type places and everything is brown, brown and more brown for color.

She walked out onto her balcony to see what was causing the red glow coming in through the windows. Her heart leapt and her stomach dropped as she looked out at the sight before her. All of the leaves and grass had died and turned brown, all that was left of the river was a few mud patches and cracks where the water had evaporated. And the heat was unbearable. The strange red glow was coming from a strange orb hovering above the mountain. The entire sky was black with clouds that looked as if they were made from tar.

As she took in this incredible scene she could hear the conversations of her neighbors and others throughout the city. No one knew or understood what was going on. But she had a strange sense of déjà vu. She knew she’d seen this before and should know exactly what was going on. Her mind raced trying to find the answer.

All of a sudden the giant glowing orb seemed to crust over and cool on the outside leaving only a few faint areas where the red light came through. She looked around knowing there were more things out there. She clamored up onto the roof and scanned the horizon; she saw what appeared to be 8 giant pyramids surrounding the city. All of a sudden beams of red light shot out of the top of each pyramid hitting the orb in the sky. As each beam of light hit the orb different glyphs glowed to life on it. Everyone else was screaming in confusion. Amazingly she remained calm. She knew this was the end, she couldn’t remember why or how but it was the end.
