Post-Thanksgiving, Tits and a Chipmunk

Hello cyber people! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and to those of you outside of the U.S. I hope you had a great weekend. My Thanksgiving went well. Thursday we stayed home and I made my best turkey ever. It was so good I even took pictures! It turned out the perfect color and it was juicy and tender. I couldn’t believe it. Then on Friday we all headed to my Grandma Nutt’s house for lunch there. That is where we had the steak. It was good. But I really went for her stuffing and banana pudding. I could have made a meal out of those two things.

The rest of the weekend was pretty quiet. I spent most of Saturday cleaning or attempting to clean at least. I got some of my house dusted and swept. I am ready for my kitchen to be done. I am just really looking forward to what it will be like when it’s all finished.

On other news I am trying to figure out what to get my best friend, Tits, for her birthday. It’s coming up on Dec. 7th. She said she wanted me to get her roses, three to be exact. Why three she doesn’t know but she wants three roses. So I suppose I will get her those but I still want to get her something else too. I also thought it would be fun for her and I to go on that road trip her and I have talked about for the last 8 years. It wouldn’t be a long one just a mini road trip. I even thought going to the casinos in Iowa for a weekend would be fun.

Also on the 7th we will hear if her brother, Chipmunk, will get paroled this turn around or not. He’s in the pen in Iowa on trumped up charges. He’s been in there since he was 18.
Basically his best friend of forever stabbed him in the back 3 years ago and it landed Chipmunk in prison. Although I will say I think it’s the best thing that ever happened to him. He’s really straightened out and decided what he wants out of life. Right now he’s gotten his GED, started college courses and holds a 3.9 grade average and is a tutor to other inmates. Then when he gets out and is done with parole he has lined up to go into the Navy. I’m very proud of what he has done. Just wish it hadn’t taken all of the bullshit he did and went through. I am anxious for him to get out. I haven’t seen him in about 4 or 4.5 years and I am terrible and snail mail. I’ve written him about 3 letters since he’s been in jail that I’ve actually sent. But he understands. We were really close when we were younger hope to be again someday. But at least Tits, her family and I all have something to look forward to that day; I’m hoping he will get out.

But it is time for me to get back to work. I hope everyone has a great night, day, morning or whatever!! TTFN

Wow! That sounds like a busy road trip to plan.

The story about her brother really touched my heart. I'm so glad that he has straightened up and is making a life for himself; one that he can bring with him when he gets out.

Take care and have fun sweetie, I'm glad you had a good Thanksgiving!

Either post something new, or we're going to hunt you down and pierce your nipples to each other!
